2-Eat healthy meals and always stay hydrated.
3-Associate with others...(avoid social stigma.)
4-Relaxation techniques/activities.
5-Practice gratitude and strive for positivity.
6-Set goals for yourself and evaluate the outcome....

Mistake couple make that kill love after marriage....
Life is good for a guy and a woman when they are dating and engaged because they are giving each other lots of love and attention.yet crisis and issues arise after they wed, and they both start to wonder what happened to their love.here are some reasons for the failures, and if followed as directed, will yield a positive change.
-Taking each other for granted
-Not communicating effectively
-NOT resolving conflicts effectively
-NOT making time time for
-Letting the romance fade
-Apathy(lack of interest)

Work is a platform of actualization of dreams,so as a worker, either self employed or in a government sectors,it is good you choose for yourself good mentors who can help you with positive support.
Knowing that you can choose a mentor but sponsor in every sectors are determined by the individual they were to invest upon.meaning,if a person is not seen with value or potentials, nobody will think of standing the chance of sponsoring the individual because he will not yield productivity.
Develop you dream, start from somewhere with your little tallent, don't hide yourself,or depends on salary you are receiving, this petty salary not buy and exit the actualization of your dreams.
You have potential deposited in you, develop it, don't be a servant to others forever,press forward you will make it as far as you are focused.may this new month bring open doors for our favor and breakthrough in Jesus name amen.

Good morning my fans, my lovely friend, family, and my fellow citizens.i love you all that's why your health is always my concern.
I don't ever like to hide the needful from you, this is another interesting update for you stay connected please.
Here are common habits that can affects our brain in our daily functions.👇👇👇👇👇

☑️ No breakfast
People who doesn't take breakfast are vulnerable to have low blood sugar level, causing brain degeneration.
☑️ Smoking:
This causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer's diseases
☑️High sugar consumption:
This can also interrupt protein absorbtion, leading to interface with brain development.
☑️ Sleep deprivation:
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body.inhaling polluted air can decreased the supplies of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
☑️ Working your brain during sickness:
Working hard or studying with sickness May lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of the brain.
☑️ Head covered while sleeping:
Covering Head while sleeping increase carbon dioxide concentration and decrease oxygen concentration leading to brain damage effects.
