It is important to be clean,esspecially you are pregnant,being clean everytime protect you from germs which cause infections,this reduce the risks of catching infections...
Here is how you can make sure you stay clean

wash your hand with clean and safe water. This is an easy way to stop the germs that cause DIARRHOEA. When you go to somewhere and you come back home wash your hand before cooking and eating, after using toilet or dealing/playing with animal you need to wash your hand with clean and safe water with soap.
Wear cotton Underwear that lets your skin breath. And drink a lot of clean water this will prevent infection in your urine.
