Marry a man with a provider mindset.
Not just someone with money.
But someone who is responsible.
Someone who leads with love, not pride.

A provider doesn’t mean rich.
It means reliable.
It means he shows up before you ask.
It means he pays attention to what you need without reminders.

He doesn’t need a luxury car or a big house.
He needs character.
The kind of heart that makes you feel safe mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

A real man provides more than just money.
He provides peace.
He provides stability.
He protects your heart and respects your mind.

He listens.
He stays consistent.
He doesn’t leave you wondering where you stand.

His actions speak even when he’s quiet.

Emotional maturity is rare but it’s more valuable than anything money can buy.
Because a man who is grounded emotionally will create a home within you.
A place where you can be soft.
Where you can breathe, feel heard, and feel seen.

Love should not be a warzone.
It should feel like rest.
Like you are finally somewhere safe.

You deserve a man who doesn’t just take care of the bills
but takes care of your soul.

A man who gives you time, not silence.
Effort, not excuses.
Consistency, not confusion.

The right man will provide peace, presence, and protection.
And that… is everything.

1. Baby Born Pregnant
- A condition called fetus in fetu: a baby is born with a partially developed twin *inside* their body. It’s rare, but real!

2. People with Two Sets of DNA
- Known as chimerism. Someone can have two different DNA profiles—like if they absorbed a twin early in development.

3. Blue Eyes Can See Better in the Dark
- People with blue eyes may be more sensitive to light and slightly better adapted to low light conditions.

4. Some People Are Born Without Fingerprints
- A rare genetic condition called adermatoglyphia causes people to be fingerprint-free.

5. Brain Can “Eat” Itself When Starving
- In extreme starvation, the body starts breaking down brain tissue to survive. Wild, right?

💥 How to Recognize and Respond to Eclampsia Seizures....

Eclampsia is what happens when a pregnant woman suddenly starts having seizures. Yes, actual convulsions, shaking, jerking, maybe even foaming at the mouth. It usually comes as a result of very high blood pressure, especially in a condition called pre-eclampsia, which sometimes isn’t even noticed until things get really bad.

Imagine being around a pregnant woman who just collapses and starts shaking uncontrollably. Scary, right? But it happens and it can happen to any woman, even one who seemed perfectly fine moments ago. That’s why everyone should know what to do if it ever happens.

So, how can you tell a pregnant woman is having an eclampsia seizure?

She may suddenly fall or lose consciousness. Her body might stiffen or jerk, her eyes might roll back, and sometimes you’ll see foam or saliva coming from her mouth. After the seizure stops, she may be confused, weak, or not respond immediately.

In that moment, your reaction could save her life.

The first thing is: Don’t panic. Yes, it’s shocking to witness—but staying calm is important.

Next, make sure she’s safe. Gently turn her on her side so she doesn’t choke, especially if she vomits. Remove any sharp or harmful objects around her, and most importantly, don’t put anything in her mouth. That old advice about putting a spoon or cloth to prevent her from swallowing her tongue? It’s wrong and could make things worse.

Once she’s in a safe position, call for help immediately or rush her to the hospital. Eclampsia needs urgent medical attention.

We can even prevent eclampsia if we pay attention to warning signs earlier in pregnancy. If a woman is complaining of constant headaches, swollen feet or face, blurry vision, or feeling strange don’t tell her “it’s normal.” Let her check her blood pressure. Let her see a doctor.

Eclampsia is not something to joke with.

So don’t just scroll past this keep it in mind. Check comment: 👇🏼👇🏻👇🏼

💥 It shocks me every time I see a full grown, normal human being chewing bentonite clay also called nzu, or calabash clay.

Like… are you not aware this thing contains lead, arsenic, and other dangerous metals that can seriously damage your body?

And pregnant women? 😔 My heart breaks more because that clay you're craving can harm your unborn baby. Lead doesn’t just sit there it crosses the placenta and affects the baby’s brain, growth, and development. In high amounts, it can even cause miscarriage.

And no just because they’ve been taking it for years doesn’t mean it’s safe. The damage is sometimes permanent.

Cravings (pica) in pregnancy are real, but there are safer ways to manage them. Don’t let a dangerous habit feel normal just because it’s common.

Let’s be real with ourselves pls.

Have you ever craved this before?

THAT STOMACH PAIN? IT MIGHT BE AN ULCER!

You know that burning pain in your upper belly that just won't go away, especially when you're hungry or at night?
It might not just be "ordinary pain" it could be a peptic ulcer.

What is Peptic Ulcer Disease?
It’s when sores form in the lining of your stomach or the first part of your small intestine (the duodenum).
These sores happen because the protective lining gets damaged by stomach acid.

What causes it?

A bacteria called Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori).

Overuse of painkillers like ibuprofen or aspirin.

Too much stress, sm0king, or heavy alc0hol use can also make it worse.

Common signs you might notice:

Bvrning stomach pain.

Pain that gets better after eating or worse when you're hungry.

Bloating, burping, or nausea.

In serious cases: vomiting blood or black, tarry stool (please rush to the hospital if you ever see this!).

Can it be treated?
Yes!
With proper medication, lifestyle changes, and sometimes antibiotics if bacteria are involved, ulcers can heal beautifully.
But ignoring it can lead to serious complications like bl££ding or holes in the stomach.

With the ongoing hot 🔥 weather and the *Hadith* about turning Arab land to green which we have witnessed recently:
