It can be caused by various factors such as urinary tract infections, kidney stones, bladder or kidney infections, trauma, or even strenuous exercise. It is one of the major symptoms of bladder cancer. However, hematuria alone is not diagnostic and requires additional evaluation, such as imaging studies (e.g., ultrasound, CT scan) and possibly cystoscopy, to identify the underlying cause, such as bladder cancer.This case study underscores the importance of thorough clinical assessment, diagnostic testing, and multidisciplinary collaboration in the management of patients with suspected urinary tract disorders or malignancies.

Staphylococcus aureus is the most abused bacteria but not the most dangerous bacteria in existence. There are many dangerous bacteria which most people do not talk about such as gonorrhea, Chlamydia,Troponema pallidum (Syphilis) e.t.c.One set back in the treatment of Staphylococcus aureus infection is the abuse of antibiotics. Staphylococcus aureus can easily adapt to most antibiotics if not taken in a right doses. In addition some antibiotics is bacteriostatic not bactericidal. The right step in treating infection (staphylococcus aureus ) is to conduct laboratory diagnosis before administration/taken of any antibiotics or herbal medicine.
Laboratory diagnosis helps to reveal the type of infection(bacteria) you have and the drug which kills the bacteria . Do not take antibiotics without laboratory diagnostic,it could complicate infection (bacteria) treatment.

URINARY TRACT INFECTION
Urinary tract infection(UTI) is an infection in any part of your urinary system — your kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra. Most infections involve the lower urinary tract — the bladder and the urethra.

Women are at greater risk of developing a UTI than are men. Infection limited to your bladder can be painful and annoying. However, serious consequences can occur if a UTI spreads to your kidneys.

Symptoms

Urinary tract infections don't always cause signs and symptoms, but when they do they may include:

A strong, persistent urge to urinate

A burning sensation when urinating

Passing frequent, small amounts of urine

Urine that appears cloudy

Urine that appears red, bright pink or cola-colored — a sign of blood in the urine

Strong-smelling urine

Pelvic pain, in women — especially in the center of the pelvis and around the area of the p***c bone

RISK FACTORS

FEMALE ANATOMY: A woman has a shorter urethra than a man does, which shortens the distance that bacteria must travel to reach the bladder.

SEXUAL ACTIVITY: Sexually active women tend to have more UTIs than do women who aren't sexually active. Having a new sexual partner also increases your risk.

MENOPAUSE: After menopause, a decline in circulating estrogen causes changes in the urinary tract that make you more vulnerable to infection.
