Pharyngitis/ Sore throat
Pain or irritation in the throat that can occur with or without swallowing, often accompanies infections, such as a cold or flu.

COMMON CAUSES
Sore throat can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include overuse of voice, a burn from hot food, very dry mouth or sleeping with the mouth open.

Treatments
Self-treatment
Drinking plenty of liquids, gargling with warm salt water and if over four years old, sucking on lozenges may ease a sore throat. Taking pain medication such as ibuprofen or paracetamol may also help. Avoid giving children aspirin because this may cause a rare, serious condition.

Seeking medical care
See a doctor immediately if you have:
Drooling or difficulty swallowing
Trouble breathing
Make an appointment to see a doctor if:
Child with sore throat that doesn't get better after drinking liquids
Adult with sore throat lasting a week or more
Fever, rash or joint pain
Blood in phlegm or saliva

What you don't know about*Gonorrhea*

Gonorrhea is a s*xually transmitted infection (STI), also known as a s*xually transmitted disease (STD). Gonorrhea is caused by a bacterium that infects both males and females. Gonorrhea most often affects the urethra, re**um or throat. In females, gonorrhea can also infect the cervix

Gonorrhea is most commonly spread during va**nal, oral or a**l s*x. But babies of infected mothers can be infected during childbirth. In babies, gonorrhea most commonly affects the eyes.

Abstaining from s*x, using a condom if you have s*x and being in a mutually monogamous relationship are the best ways to prevent s*xually transmitted infections.

Symptoms
In many cases, gonorrhea infection causes no symptoms. Symptoms, however, can affect many sites in your body, but commonly appear in the ge***al tract.

Gonorrhea affecting the ge***al tract
Signs and symptoms of gonorrhea infection in men include:

Painful urination
Pus-like discharge from the tip of the p***s
Pain or swelling in one testicle
Signs and symptoms of gonorrhea infection in women include:

Increased va**nal discharge
Painful urination
Va**nal bleeding between periods, such as after va**nal in*******se
Abdominal or pelvic pain.

Gonorrhea at other sites in the body
Gonorrhea can also affect these parts of the body:

Re**um. Signs and symptoms include a**l itching, pus-like discharge from the re**um, spots of bright red blood on toilet tissue and having to strain during bowel movements.
Eyes. Gonorrhea that affects your eyes can cause eye pain, sensitivity to light, and pus-like discharge from one or both eyes.
Throat. Signs and symptoms of a throat infection might include a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes in the neck.
Joints. If one or more joints become infected by bacteria (septic arthritis), the affected joints might be warm, red, swollen and extremely painful, especially during movement.

Causes
Gonorrhea is caused by the bacterium Neisseria gonorrhoeae. The gonorrhea bacteria are most often passed from one person to another during s*xual contact, including oral, a**l or va**nal in*******se.

Indigestion

Upper abdominal discomfort, described as burning sensation, bloating or gassiness, nausea or feeling full too quickly after starting to eat.

COMMON CAUSES
Indigestion can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease. Examples include eating too much, drinking too much, food intolerance or taking pills on an empty stomach.

Self-treatment
Using antacids may help ease indigestion. Eating smaller meals more often, chewing food thoroughly, losing weight and avoiding triggers such as fatty foods and carbonated drinks may also help.

Seeking medical care
See a doctor immediately if you
Feel short of breath or chest pain
Develop severe pain
Lose your appetite or unintentionally lose weight
Pass black, tarry stools
Vomit, especially if there's blood
Make an appointment to see a doctor if you:
Experience symptoms that last more than two weeks
Have difficulty swallowing
Try medications but they don't help

WHAT ACTUALLY IS FIBROID

Non-cancerous growths in the uterus that can develop during a woman's childbearing years.
The cause of fibroids isn't well understood. Risk factors include a family history of fibroids, obesity or early onset of puberty.

Doctors don't know the cause of uterine fibroids, but research and clinical experience point to these factors: Genetic changes. Many fibroids contain changes in genes that differ from those in typical uterine muscle cells. Hormones.

LOW S***M COUNT IMMEDIATE TREATMENT

Low s***m count means that the fluid (semen) you ej*****te during an or**sm contains fewer s***m than normal.

A low s***m count is also called oligos***mia (ol-ih-go-SPUR-me-uh). A complete absence of s***m is called azoos***mia. Your s***m count is considered lower than normal if you have fewer than 15 million s***m per milliliter of semen.

Symptoms
The main sign of low s***m count is the inability to conceive a child. There might be no other obvious signs or symptoms. In some men, an underlying problem such as an inherited chromosomal abnormality, a hormonal imbalance, dilated testicular veins or a condition that blocks the passage of s***m may cause signs and symptoms.

Low s***m count symptoms might include:

Problems with s*xual function — for example, low s*x drive or difficulty maintaining an er****on (erectile dysfunction)
Pain, swelling or a lump in the testicle area
Decreased facial or body hair or other signs of a chromosome or hormone abnormality.

When to see a doctor
See a doctor if you have been unable to conceive a child after a year of regular, unprotected in*******se or sooner if you have any of the following:

Er****on or ej*******on problems, low s*x drive, or other problems with s*xual function
Pain, discomfort, a lump or swelling in #

Causes
The production of s***m is a complex process and requires normal functioning of the testicles (te**es) as well as the hypothalamus and pituitary glands — organs in your brain that produce hormones that trigger s***m production. Once s***m are produced in the testicles, delicate tubes transport them until they mix with semen and are ej*****ted out of the p***s. Problems with any of these systems can affect s***m production.

Also, there can be problems of abnormal s***m shape (morphology), movement (motility) or function.

However, often the cause of low s***m count isn't identified.

Anthrax

A rare but serious bacterial illness.
Anthrax is caused by a spore-forming bacterium. It mainly affects animals. Humans can become infected through contact with an infected animal or by inhaling spores.

Symptoms
Requires a medical diagnosis
Symptoms depend on the route of infection. They can range from a skin ulcer with a dark scab to difficulty breathing.

Inhalation anthrax symptoms can include:
Fever and chills.
Chest Discomfort.
Shortness of breath.
Confusion or dizziness.
Cough.
Nausea, vomiting, or stomach pains.
Headache.
Sweats (often drenching)

Treatments
Treatment consists of antibiotics
Antibiotic treatment cures most infections. Inhaled anthrax is harder to treat and can be fatal.
