A lady joined my December class recently. At first, she wanted to pay for 3 months… then she changed her mind and paid half (as usual 😂). Most people like to enter first, observe first, confirm first before committing fully.

This morning, I woke up to an alert. She had sent the complete payment.
I checked WhatsApp and her message humbled me. She said:

“Coach, I must tell you the truth… you’re the ONLY weight loss group that knows the right exercises for mothers with big tummy and the real cause of it.”

See ehn… when it comes to weight loss, just bring your body, trust our process, and rest. I actually enjoy when people test us because we ALWAYS deliver 💯🔥

Then she asked, “Coach, will I still lose weight with my big body and big tummy… and I’m a mum of three?” (She even sent her picture.)

I told her YES, confidently.
As long as she follows the plan and stays consistent, her transformation is assured.

To encourage her, I sent her the picture I snapped yesterday with my own big tummy, unbothered and unworried😌😀
I just had my 3rd CS some weeks ago, and I’m already preparing to bounce back again. This lifestyle is in our blood. No retreat. No surrender. 💪🔥

The picture shocked her 🤣 and she said she’s ready to push hard.
I believe her.

I trust my group, the follow-up, the push, the motivation, the accountability.
We don’t slack.
We don’t play.

I can’t wait to celebrate her progress pictures in the next 3 months.
