When is these madness of payment before treatment stop in this country. To all Doctor's, Nurse's and other health workers, your calling is to save life, do it first before money. During your oath taking ceremony you sworn to save life please do it. Let change the culture of health institution on these matter, let Government and private health institutions focus on saving human life first before money. Because a patient is poor you abandon the patient is wrong, treat and save life first.

"The doctor told me to deposit 500k, and I begged him to start doing whatever is needed to save my wife. We needed emergency support while I run around for the money, but they drove us out like they didn't care 💔🥹." A man lost his pregnant wife after he was unable to afford the N500,000 a hospital asked him to pay as a deposit.

The hospital reportedly insisted that the man must raise the money before his pregnant wife would be attended to.

Due to his inability to pay the money, his wife d!ed,💔 leaving him alone with their other children, who are still young.

From Executive Director who is also celebrating his POP posted earlier in his personal Facebook account: The main reason I decided to take part on these National Service is for me to experience it because my both parents did not serve, I wanted to break the jinx. Yes you will gain experience but you will suffer more than what you went through in university days within one year, most especially if you are posted to a village. Our Parents always feel that the Government is taking care of their children serving not knowing is the opposite. But I thank God Almighty for sustaining my life up till now and for me to overcome the hurdles in my service year starting from NYSC orientation camping to my PPA. Finally, everything has come to an end, those companies, Health related NGO, hospitals, Universities, College of health etc a new individual with a Lecturing and Teaching skill, Dialysis Technician, Public health Practitioner, Researcher is ready for employment. I honestly wants everyone to celebrate with me for these milestone I have finally achieve. Congratulations on my POP.
