HOME MADE ICING SUGAR

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup sugar. (Sugar use for beverage)

1tbsp cornstarch/cornflour

Method

*Combine the granulated sugar and corn starch together into the grinder and blend until you get a fine powder.

* sieve through a sifter until the sugar is as fine as you want.

*If you are not planning on using all your icing sugar at once, store it in an airtight container.

Brown sugar cookies

Ingredients
1 & 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (room temp)113g
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
4 Tbsp golden syrup or honey
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
1.In a large bowl, sift all the dry ingredients together(except sugar ). Add sugar then whisk .

2. Rub in the butter until you get a crumbly mixture .

3. Add golden or honey and mix until it forms a dough .

4.Scoop out the dough using a spoon or an ice cream scoop. Form into balls .

5. Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Place the dough balls . Slightly flatten each with a spoon or your palm .

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown .

*Make sure the oven is very hot before baking , it will help to give the cookies those cracks .

CREAMY BANANA ICE CREAM 😋
Ingredients:
3 bananas
200 g of sugar (1 cup)
500 ml of heavy cream (2 cups)
Preparation:
1. Place the banana on a baking tray. then take to oven at 150 °C for 30 minutes.
2. Place the baked bananas in a bowl and add sugar. Beat for 3 minutes then reserve.
3. In a container, place heavy cream and beat until a slightly firm consistency is obtained.
4. Add the crushed bananas and mix thoroughly.
5. Place in a container and freeze for 8 hours.

Flour half paint
Sugar 1 cup
Baking powder 1 table spoon
Butter 1 sachet
Eggs 2
Powder milk half cup
Milk flavour 1 sachet
Nut Meg 1 tea spoon
Salt 1/3 tea spoon because d butter is salty

Procedure:
In a bowl pure in ur fluor & add all the dry ingredients & mix, in another plate break d eggs add a little water in it whisk d eggs very well then pure it in d flour mixture add water little by little & mix d flour don't allow it to be too strong or too soft cover it for 5 minutes to rest then u can now roll cut & fry .

Ring Doughnut..

1. Five cups of flour
2. 2 Two tablespoon of yeast
3. Pinch of salt
4. 1 cup of sugar
5. Two tablespoon of butter
6. Two eggs
7. One cup of 🥛 milk
8. Groundnut oil to fry

Method
Step 1. Shift the flour in a bowl
Step 2. Add yeast , salt and sugar( you can add more or less sugar according to your taste.

Step 3. Combine the dry ingredients together and add egg and the milk and mix with water gradually,

Step 4. Mix nicely and combine the dough, cover and let it rise for 30 minutes to one hour it depends on the heat temperature.

Step 5. Once the dough have rise, remove from the bowl and transfer it to the floured table.

Step 6. Roll and spread the dough with your hand,cut to desire measurement and drop in a seperate tray

Step 7. Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes again before frying,then create a hole with any cover,I use Eva rubber cover or I use hand to create a hole,

Step 8.then fry on a low heat oil to get a proper and perfect brown doughnut.

Perfect butter cream recipe that will stick to your cake without falling off
Ingredients:
*250g of butter
*1kg of icing sugar
*1 table spoon of vanilla extract
*1 satchet of powdered milk

The only bread recipe I have been successful with. Quick, easy, and tastes great!!
Makes two loaves.
2cups warm water
1/4cup sugar
1.5 tbsp yeast
1.5 tsp salt
1/4cup vegetable oil
5.5 cups flour (I just used all purpose)
Dissolve sugar in warm water. Add yeast and let proof. Mix oil into yeast mixture once proofed.
Mix flour and salt in separate bowl.
Add dry mixture to wet mixture one cup at a time and stir / mix until soft dough forms.
Knead for 3-5 minutes.
Place in oiled bowl, turn over to coat both sides. Let rise one hour.
Punch down, shape into loaves. Place into greased bread pans. Let rise 30-40 minutes.
Bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes. Brush tops with butter while warm.
