To tackle that mouth odour, plaque and tonsil stones, this remedy is just what you need.

You'd need:
Remedy 1: Some scent leaves and a teaspoon of salt.
Blend the scent leaves with some water and sieve them into a container.
Depending on the quantity of juice gotten, a teaspoon (half table water container ) or a tablespoon (full tables water container ) of salt should be added into the mixture and shaken very well.

You are to gurgle with this after using remedy 2.

Remedy 2:
A tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda(baking soda) Norland herbal toothpaste
A teaspoon of cloves powder,
Two tablespoons of coconut oil.

Put all these items into a bowl and mix well to form a paste.
You are to brush your teeth with this mixture twice daily.

Rinse your mouth and gurgle with remedy 1 immediately.
You will be amazed at the result after a week.
This remedies will also help whiten your teeth.

1.Norland herbal toothpaste
2. A teaspoon of cloves powder
3. Two tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil.

Put all items into a small cup and mix well to form a paste.

Rinse your mouth and gurgle with warm water immediately.

You will be amazed at the result after a week.
