BALANCED DIET
Nutrition is a vital part of our overall health.

How many of us can remember this nutritious song during primary school days.
Protein, carbohydrates,fats and oil, minerals and water😅

Let's consider making a dish for dinner.
Let's go 💃
Protein : Meat / fish.
Carbohydrates: Rice
Fats: Avocado are good source of dietary fat.
Oil: we can use coconuts oil/ oil palm to prepare our dish.
Vitamin: Tomatoes
Minerals: leafy greens are good sources of minerals . So let's use spinach🥬for our rice 😋

Then our water🥛
There we go 🍧 𝙰 𝙱𝙰𝙻𝙰𝙽𝙲𝙴𝙳 𝚁𝙸𝙲𝙴

Absolutely! A balanced diet should include all the different food groups, like fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins, and dairy. It's also important to consider portion size and how the foods are prepared.
