Too much sugar is never a good thing, especially for our children's health. From obesity to diabetes and beyond, excessive sugar intake can have long-lasting effects on their well-being.

As parents, it's our responsibility to help them develop healthy eating habits and limit their exposure to sugary treats. By doing so, we can give our kids the gift of good health and set them up for a lifetime of wellness.

Too much sugar is never a good thing, especially for our children's health. From obesity to diabetes and beyond, excessive sugar intake can have long-lasting effects on their well-being.

OVEREATING is a major contributor to chronic diseases. The problem is two-fold:
1. Eating more than we should
2. Eating the wrong stuff, which in turn leads to even more overeating.

Every time you eat when not truly hungry, you are not helping your body. The list of reasons for eating besides hunger is long: boredom, cravings, social pressure, stress, emotional eating, food addiction, or bad advice to eat frequently.

I believe that overeating, even when it’s healthy food, is not healthy because the body has to deal with the extra food and energy , and needs to find storage for it, which when done repeatedly can lead to illness.
So when you are full STOP EATING βœ‹οΈ . Enjoy your week πŸ™‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈ.
