Couples suffering from infertility can now become pregnant without having in*******se with a man right here in Nigeria.
There are several effective methods for conceiving without traditional in*******se. Of these methods, the least expensive and clinical is Artificial Insemination.
ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION involves introducing s***m to the woman’s womb for the purpose of fertilizing her egg (TO BECOME PREGNANT) without the traditional in*******se with a man.
THIS IS POSSIBLE ONLY IF THE WOMAN IS FERTILE, BUT THE PROBLEM COMES FROM THE MAN
Step 1
The Doctor Gets s***m (tested to and matched to you in a way that reduces the risk of genetic diseases).
Step 2
You monitor your fertility to determine when you are fertile. Use a fertility monitor or ovulation predictor kit from your drug store to detect the LH, or luteinizing hormone surge that happens when you ovulate. Plan to inseminate on the day the kit detects the surge, and the day after if possible.
Step 3
Meet with the Doctor or the inseminator to perform the insemination.
Step 4
Get into a relaxed position that you can maintain for at least 60 minutes with your hips canted. Try a pillow below your thighs or your legs across your partner’s lap if possible.
Then the Doctor or inseminator inserts his insemination special kit very slowly to deposit the s***m into the cervix through the va**na, and then slowly remove the kit.
Step 5
Have an or**sm through cl****al stimulation, if possible, to help the cervix dip into the s***m and help it enter the cervix. Do not have s*x that involves pe*******on because it can cause s***m to leak from the va**na.
Step 6
Remain in the same position, with your hips slightly canted, for at least 60 minutes to give the s***m a head start toward the cervix before gravity from standing up steps in.
Step 7
Take a pregnancy test two weeks after insemination if you don’t have a period. If your test is negative, repeat the process the next time you ovulate.
