1. Dry Skin:
Your body is lacking vitamin E.
To meet your needs, include nuts, fatty fish, and virgin vegetable oil in your diet.
2. Brittle Hair and Nails:
These symptoms indicate a deficiency in B-complex vitamins and calcium.
Eat beans, poppy seeds, yeast, and whole grains.
3. Bleeding Gums:
This means a lack of vitamin C.
Eat onions, garlic, fruits, and vegetables as often as possible.

Female Sexual Dysfunction

There's Erectile Dysfunction (ED ) in men, so also in women called, Female s*xual dysfunction (FSD). It is a complex condition that affects a woman's ability to experience s*xual pleasure, s*xual desire, arousal, and satisfaction. The inability to experience s*xual pleasure can lead to a diminished quality of life. It can manifest in various forms, including:

Low Sexual Desire, this can be caused by psychological, hormonal, or relational factors.
There are Arousal disorders, a woman finds it difficult becoming aroused or maintaining arousal during s*xual activity, often linked to physical or emotional issues.
Then the "Or****ic" issues , this is a challenge in achieving or**sm, which can be due to both physical and psychological barriers.
Pain can also be a major problem, such as vaginismus or dyspareunia, where pain during in*******se significantly impacts s*xual enjoyment.
Causes can be from hormonal imbalances, chronic illnesses, medications, and physical conditions affecting the reproductive system.
Others are stress, anxiety, depression, and past s*xual trauma. The psychological aspect of emotional well-being is closely tied to s*xual function, because of the mind-body connection.
Of importance also is, the quality of a woman's relationship dynamics with her partner. Issues such as lack of communication, unresolved conflicts, or emotional disconnect can lead to s*xual dysfunction.
