What are epigenetic changes?
Epigenetic changes refer to how your behaviors and environment can cause changes that affect the way your genes work.

The months before you actively try to conceive is when nutrition, lifestyle, and key nutrients make the biggest difference

To support this important time, your body needs consistency. Some women take supplements for one month, stop, switch to another. It takes at least 3 months for supplements to work in the body.

How can you help your body to create the best environment for conception.

• Prioritising sleep
• Managing inflammation and reducing stress

Who are we? 🤗

Friviker healthcare is a fertility and general health platform care in Nigeria, West Africa

We decided to set up this online safe space to educate & guide the public on wellness and reproductive health issues and most especially infertility due to the high number of infertility cases seen at clinics!

Why are we passionate about this?

Because we know it feels like a taboo talking about infertility generally...but most especially in our society, Nigeria.

The over-all decline in fertility worldwide is not just creating marital issues but creating issues between friends, family members, church members, colleagues, you name it!

Why you should not coil up?✋🏽

We see the pain our followers go through, we see the pain in our patients eyes when they open up about all their issues.
We hear the various infertility stories and it breaks our hearts.

Due to this, we will continue to talk about infertility, treat infertility and prevent infertility.
We will not stay silent.

The risk of infertility is higher in conditions marked by inflammation. ⁠

PCOS, Endometriosis,Pid Adenomyosis - these reproductive conditions are all related to inflammation. ⁠

Then we have IVF - which can cause inflammation. ⁠

We also have gut conditions like IBS, IBD, Coeliac disease, food intolerances - left unmanaged can cause inflammation. ⁠

Yes they contain natural sugar.

Our body needs sugar.

Natural is always best 😇

Try to get in two different types of fruit each day, even three if you’re feeling extra fruity.

I love adding fruit to breakfast or having fruit as a snack.

Try out different fruits for different nutrients - go crazy on colour.

But if I really had to choose a top 5… these would be it!
