Common Challenges on your Weight Loss Journey

The challenges we discussed include:

1️⃣ Diet and Nutrition :
✓Plays a major role in helping you achieve your results.
✓You should aim at a balanced diet.

2️⃣ Physical activity:
✓Don't set unrealistic goals
✓If you are a very busy person, don't go and register at a gym, you'll only be wasting your time.
✓15 minutes is enough to exercise daily
✓consistency is key

3️⃣ Behavioral factors
✓Poor stress management.
We also discussed briefly on how to manage stress better

4️⃣ Metabolism
✓Slow metabolism= Slow results
✓Boost metabolism by exercising regularly
✓Also check with your doctor to be sure your thyroid gland is functioning optimally.

5️⃣Poor Sleep
Poor sleep increases your stress level, messes up your ability to control cravings and slows down your weight loss progress.

6️⃣ Medical conditions
People who have low thyroid hormones and PCOS(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) have problems achieving their weight loss goal if the problems remain unattended to.

7️⃣ Staying consistent
✓Consistency is key when it comes to weight loss.
✓Community is important for you to stay on track.
