POOING DURING CHILDBIRTH.

Many women feel embarrassed about this, but it's completely normal.

During labour, when a woman is pushing the baby out. She may pass the stool at the same time.

WHY DOES IT HAPPENS? The baby's head presses on the re**um, and the same muscles used to push the baby are the ones use to pass stool. Strong pushing = stool may come out.

IS IT BAD? No ✔️ it does not harm the baby
✔️ It does not mean that the mother is dirty
✔️ It does not mean something is wrong

👉 In fact it often means you are pushing correctly.

HOW COMMON IT IS? Very common. Many women experience it. Especially first time mothers.

WHAT DO HEALTH WORKERS DO? They clean it quietly and quickly and continue focusing on the safe delivery of your baby

Note: mothers passing stool during delivery is normal.
Baby passing stool inside the womb ( meconium) is different and is monitored by health workers

My message: mothers do not be ashamed. Childbirth is natural not neat.

Also Remember:
If you poo while pushing, you are pushing well.

AUTOIMMUNE:

What's autoimmune:

An Autoimmune condition happens when the body's immune system,which is supposed to protect you from germs, mistakenly attacks your own healthy cells.

Think of it like a security guard who can no longer tell the difference between an enemy and the people he is meant to protect.
So instead of fighting infections only, the immune system begins to fight organs or tissues in the body.

WHY DOES IT HAPPEN?

The health system, don't always know the exact cause, but some triggers include: Genetics ( runs in the family) Infections Stress Hormonal changes Environmental factors ( e.g; smoking, chemicals)

EXAMPLES OF AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES
Lupus ( SLE) - immune system attacks many organs Rheumatoid arthritis - attacks the joints. Type one diabetes - attacks insulin - producing cells Hashimoto thyroiditis - attacks the thyroid Vitiligo - attacks pigment cells

COMMON SYMPTOMS TO WATCH OUT FOR:
Hair loss Low - grade fever Swollen joints Unexplained weight changes Skin rashes ( even not in dry period)
