Yin shiru (silence) na lokaci na iya taimakawa wajen girman sabbin kwayoyin halittar (neurons) kwakwalwa abinda ake kira (neurogenesis), musamman a sashen (hippocampus), wato inda ƙwaƙwalwa take adana bayanai da koyon sabbin abubuwa.

Lokacin da muka yi shiru, kwakwalwa tana samun hutu daga hayaniya da cunkoson sauti.

🦴 Shan romon ƙashin nama (bone broth) na iya taimakawa lafiyar hanji.

Romon ƙashin nama na ɗauke da sinadarai masu muhimmanci kamar collagen da amino acids irinsu, glutamine, glycine da proline, waɗanda ke taimakawa wajen gyara da ƙarfafa bangon hanji.

Wannan na iya rage yawan kumburin ciki, inganta narkewar abinci, da kariya daga matsalar yoyon hanji (leaky gut).

Yawan korafi na iya sake tsara kwakwalwarka gaba ɗaya zuwa tunanin ƙyama ta hanyar ƙarfafa hanyoyin jijiyoyin kwakwalwa da ke da alaƙa da tunani mara kyau, har su zama abin da kwakwalwa ke ɗauka a matsayin al’ada. Binciken Jami’ar Stanford ya nuna cewa hakan na iya rage girman (hippocampus), wani ɓangare na kwakwalwa mai matuƙar muhimmanci wajen warware matsaloli da adana bayanai (memory). Haka kuma, korafi na fitar da sinadarin damuwa mai suna (cortiso)l, wanda ke rage ƙarfin garkuwar jiki, yana ƙara hawan jini, kuma yana ƙara haɗarin kamuwa da cututtukan zuciya da kiba, tare da illata lafiyar gaba ɗaya da aikin tunani.

📑 Yana rage girman (hippocampus): Yawan korafi na iya rage girman hippocampus, wato ɓangaren kwakwalwa da ke da muhimmanci wajen koyo, riƙe bayanai, da warware matsaloli.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO):

🥤🍺 Sugary drinks and alcohol are becoming cheaper and that’s bad news for our health.

In many countries, weak taxes mean sugary drinks and alcohol cost less than they should. This encourages higher consumption and increases the risk of:
💔 Obesity
💔 Diabetes
💔 Heart disease
💔 Cancers and injuries

Children and young people are especially affected.

WHO’s recent global reports show that while these products generate billions in profit, governments collect only a small share through health taxes.

For example:
📉 Sugary drink taxes often make up only about 2% of the price.

🍺 Alcohol taxes remain low and don’t keep up with inflation.

🍷 Wine isn’t taxed at all in 25 countries
Meanwhile, health systems are left to carry the burden.

💪 The good news? Health taxes work.
They reduce harmful consumption and help fund health services, and most people support them.

What can you do?
✅ Choose water and low-sugar options
✅ Drink alcohol in moderation or avoid it
✅ Support policies that put health first

Here are four important women’s cancers to be aware of:

🎀 Breast Cancer
Lumps, breast pain, ni**le changes, or unusual discharge should never be ignored.

🌸 Ovarian Cancer
Often silent at first. Symptoms may include bloating, pelvic pain, or feeling full quickly.

🌺 Cervical Cancer
Linked to HPV. Warning signs can include abnormal vaginal bleeding or pain during in*******se.

🌸 Menstrual pain is common but it shouldn’t be ignored.

Menstrual pain (also called period cramps) happens when the uterus contracts to shed its lining during your monthly cycle.
For some women, the pain is mild. For others, it can be uncomfortable and affect daily activities.

🔍 Common causes of menstrual pain include:
• Normal uterine contractions
• Hormonal changes
• Stress and fatigue 😮‍💨
• Lack of physical activity
• Poor sleep 😴
• Conditions like fibroids or endometriosis (in some cases)

🌿 Simple ways to take care of menstrual pain:
• Apply a warm compress or hot water bottle ♨️
• Do gentle stretching or light walking 🚶🏽‍♀️
• Drink warm fluids ☕
• Get enough rest and sleep 🛌
• Eat balanced meals, especially iron-rich foods 🥗
• Reduce stress as much as possible 🌱
• Use pain relief medication only when necessary and as directed 💊
🚨 When to seek medical advice:
• Pain is severe or getting worse
• Pain stops you from going to work or school
• You experience very heavy bleeding
