Earlier today, the newly elected executives and senate members, stood united in purpose and commitment as we took on the solemn oath of responsibility in guiding our association forward.
With unwavering resolve and deep reverence for the principles that underpin our association, we individually and collectively embraced the privilege of assuming our roles. In doing so, we pledged to uphold the values of integrity, accountability, and service to the best of our abilities; and we were privileged to have the Provost present.
On this occasion, we celebrated the transition of leadership and bid farewell to the caretaker committee and the previous senate, recognizing their tireless efforts and invaluable contributions to our association during their tenure. Their dedication has laid a strong foundation for the future success of our community, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to them.
With humility and determination, we look forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Guided by the trust placed in us by OOUMSAites, we are committed to fostering an environment of inclusivity, excellence, and innovation.
