The spiritual blessings from on going cashless ordeals and crisis in Nigeria- Lagos especially.
It is my view, that God is intervening in the affairs of Nigeria. We have all along been worshipping money, and God now wants us to make a U turn to Him. He wants us us to obey His commandments, and to love our neighbours as we do love ourselves. We are, in a way unrepentant. We carelessly violet His laws ;
as we do the laws of the land. What is money after all?
A means of exchange , a store of values, as well as a means of deferred payments and many more.
We have indulged in crazy, frenzy of spraying money at parties; we even dance and trample on money. We scribble on money, we rumple money, disregarding all the laws about money.

I do hope that from now on, anyone found to be an accomplice in spraying money, or dancing on money will be arrested, and purnished in accordance with the laws on money. If we fail to repent and turn to God for forgiveness, the wrath of God on us all may not abate. The election will hold, and all who are with voters' Card must turn out, without fear of intimidation, to cast their votes in accordance to their conscience. It is a civic duty. Vote buying or vote selling, neither is an issue any more. God is in control and He already knows who the winners shall be. Those who fear and respect Him, and those who respect and obey His laws as well as the laws of the land.

HavvyClean is about to complete six weeks cleaning operation at Nandas Hotel Sagamu. They were seen on Thursday, scrubbing and washing the interlocking blocks on the car park of the hotel. The indoor swimming pool is completely tiled, and should be filled with water in two week's time.

All hands are on deck to get Nandas Hotel Sagamu ready for Trial Run by November 9 2017.

Professional cleaners are frantically cleaning from Roof top, and are now on the third floor of four floors.This after fumigation of the property.
The access road is being repaired for smooth motoring on the drive way in.

The first barch of opening Team staff shall report at the hotel, on Monday 9th October 2017, to commence an intensive Preopening Induction Training on attitudes, Communication skills as well as health, safety and security. Nexus...the development consultants have assured raising the bar of Hospitality service in Remo Land and in Ogun State. Look out for more info before end of October.

NANDAS HOTEL SAGAMU- UPDATE

At Nandas Hotel Sagamu, the painters are about to drop their finishing touch brushes this week.

Professional cleaners are ready to move in for a comprehensive cleaning operation. They will clean from the roof top, all through the 90 rooms to the corridors, the stairways and the lifts, the swimming pool, the offices and concession shops and public areas. The estimated cleaning time is 3-4 weeks.

After the cleaning, stafF training and setting up of the departments will commence simultaneously. Thereafter, trial runs and simulation of full house run will follow. From this scenario, you may guess the date of opening for business which will be later published.

Infrastructural works slowing down the development of Nandas Hotel Sagamu is now near accomplished. Electricity is now connected to the national grid which is supplimented with adéquate power generators. Safe water now flows through all the water pipes. While work is on going on the service road, the grounds are being cleared for car parking slots. Sélection of staff has been done, and training shall commence in May, while trial runs will be in June.
