We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead the Finance function of our HMO, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Requirements:
• 5–7 years relevant experience in HMO/Healthcare or Insurance
• Strong leadership, financial management, and analytical skills
• Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management
• Solid understanding of healthcare/HMO financial operations
• Detail-oriented, ethical, and well-organized

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and performance management
• Manage cash flow, reporting, and statutory financial statements
• Ensure compliance with NHIA, tax laws, and financial standards
• Supervise premium reconciliation, claims, and provider payments
• Strengthen internal controls, audits, and risk management
• Provide financial insights to executive management and lead the Finance team

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is mandatory
• MBA/Master’s degree is an added advantage

This individual must have adverse knowledge and a good working experience in a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).
To be a successful Sales Executive, you must be adept at Negotiating business deals and must be able to make sound decisions that will benefit the company. Ultimately, an exceptional business development officer must have strong business acumen as well as demonstrate excellent management, communications, and analytical skills.

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Reaching out to potential clients and subscribing to our different HMO plans.
* Manage the day-to-day marketing activities of the organization and long-term marketing strategy.
* Develop and implement a robust and effective marketing communications campaign for the organization.
* Drive and coordinate marketing activities.
* Gathering appropriate contributions and making necessary payments to the right pools in a timely way
* Ensure high-quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communication.
* Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.

Minimum Requirements

* Minimum of B.Sc. or H.N.D in any relevant field.
* Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a relevant role.
* Proven experience as a good sales executive.
* Must possess outstanding knowledge in marketing, a rich network, a good understanding of health insurance and healthcare financing.
* Marketing research, skills, and revenue generation
