A lesson everyone needs to learn early in life:

As long as you are healthy, strong, productive and useful to people's vision, they'll keep singing your praises and talking about you..
You'll always think you're a superstar until any of these happens to you, then you'll be so surprised:

1. When a possible replacement on your usefulness appears on the scene.. You'll no longer be so relevant as you think, because men only see your relevance as long as there's no viable replacement.
2. When you suddenly fall so sick that so much money is needed to treat you.. They'll never show up again as you become a channel through which their hard earned money is wasted in their position eyes
3. When you no longer have the little money you usually had, to meet up with your immediate responsibilities and this forces you to call them for assistance..You'll become a relevant liability that must be discarded very fast.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH, MANAGE YOUR FINANCES AND PRAY THAT NOTHING BAD HAPPENS TO YOU.. ELSE..

More Lessons I've learnt as I grow up in leadership...

TRUE LEADERSHIP KEEPS THE LEADER LONELY AND ISOLATED MOST TIMES THAN OFTEN...

Humans always flock around things that meet their immediate needs and when someone presents such momentarily, they gather around him to sing his praises. Sooner than later, when there's a shortage of that very thing or an alternative source through which they can get that same thing, that leader is discarded and of no relevance anymore...

MOMENTS OF ISOLATION FOR LEADERS ARE TIMES OF REFLECTION, DEVELOPMENT & RESTRATEGIZING..... IT TAKES MUCH TO BE & REMAIN A LEADER..

As I grow in christian Leadership, these are a few lessons among the many that I've learnt..
1. Many people presenting themselves are solutions to people's problems are actually in bigger problems than you can ever imagine. NEVER ENVY THEM
2. People cover up so much in public just to ensure that they can BELONG to so called many associations of class, whereas they're dying . DON'T LIVE & DIE IN HYPOCRISY..
3. No man can ever lift you up beyond their capacity and ability... IF YOU CAN HAVE A PROPER UNDERSTANDING OF GOD'S PLAN FOR YOUR LIFE, YOU'LL DISCOVER THAT NO MAN ON EARTH CAN ACTUALLY BE THE ONE THAT'LL MAKE YOU FULFIL IT. They can only play roles per time.
4. Men will always want to size you and trap you within their circles, if they play any little role in your life at a time. Always appreciate men for their roles, but make them know politely that your Destiny is not tied to them whenever the need to stand up and say so arises, lest you'll be limited in your life and destiny. LIVE WISE

A major lesson I've learnt in my journey of life as I grow in Leadership:

THERE'S SO MUCH SPACE AT THE TOP TO OCCUPY EVERYONE THAT DESIRES RISING TO THE TOP.

ITS ONLY THE BOTTOM OF LIFE THAT'S CONGESTED, OVERCROWDED AND FULL OF PEOPLE STRUGGLING TO DRAG AND KEEP ONE ANOTHER AT THE SAME LEVEL...

WHENEVER I SEE A MAN BACKBITING, DESTROYING THE CHARACTER OR SPEAKING ILL OF ANOTHER PERSON ALL BECAUSE OF LEADERSHIP POSITIONS, I ONLY SEE A PERSON THAT IS STILL STRUGGLING WITH THE MENTALITY OF THE BOTTOM SIDE OF LIFE..
EVEN THE BIRDS OF THE SKY, KNOW THAT THERE'S ENOUGH ROOM FOR ALL OF THEM TO FLY WITHOUT COLLIDING WITH ONE ANOTHER...

Stop the mentality of seeking to destroy someone's image, because he's doing more than you at the moment.... Concentrate your time, energy and resources to develop yourself without seeking the downfall of another..

Never allow people's opinion to sharpen your personal perspective about life, especially when it deals with positive values and norms you have overtime developed, built and painstakingly advocated for.

No man ever made a mark on earth trying to live life, exactly the way other people wants them to live life. Until you decide to stand, for, live for and die for whatever whatever you believe, irrespective of whose ox is gorged, you may never amount to anything on earth.

MAKE UP YOUR MIND TO STAND FOR, LIVE FOR AND DIE BELIEVING IN SOMETHING YOU'RE STRONGLY CONVINCED ABOUT.

Standing firm on God's word and principles as regarding marriage and Family Life in our today's world would make you archaic, outdated, sounding holier than thou, becoming an outcast and possibly a loner, since Jesus Christ already informed us that the world would love it's own, but they'll hate us if we do not align with it's system...
God is still the same God that He is, when he said, THE TWO SHALL BE ONE...
In God's precept and ordinance of marriage, the only ground for divorce and remarriage is.. SEXUAL INFIDELITY... NO OTHER REASON IS PERMISSIBLE...

Gods standard has never reduced since creation till today, as far as marriage issues are concerned...
Even the disciples of Jesus shouted ' IF MARRIAGE MATTER IS AS SERIOUS AS THIS, THEN WE'LL REMAIN SINGLE '
It baffles my imagination how our today's church take divorce matters very lightly, whereas Jesus Christ treated it seriously in Matthew 19:7-12.... IF ANYONE MUST DIVORCE, THE ONLY GROUND IS FORNICATION... Extra Marital Affair.... ANYTHING OUTSIDE THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.... let's stick to the scriptures, at least we're not of this world..
IF ANY OF US MUST GET OUT OF MARRIAGE FOR ANY REASON, WE MUST REMAIN SINGLE ALL OUR LIVES AND ALSO HOPE THAT THE OTHER PARTNER MUST REMAIN SINGLE, SO THAT WE DO NOT BRING INNOCENT PEOPLE INTO THE CHAINS OF ADULTERY.. Anyone who marries a divorced person commits adultery.. Matthew 5:21-22..
IF GOD BE GOD , LET'S SERVE HIM, IF NOT, THEN STOP THE RELIGIOUS PRETENSE

There's no modernity in marriage as far as God is concerned...
LET ALL WIVES BE IN SUBJECTION TO THEIR OWN HUSBANDS, NOT TO THEIR OWN PASTORS....
The subjection of a woman is completely directed to her husband only and not anyone else, irrespective of whatever and whoever such a person may be...
LET'S STICK TO GOD'S PRINCIPLES IN ORDER YO ENJOY OUR MARRIAGES, BUILD GODLY FAMILIES AND BECOME MULTI MILLIONAIRES ON EARTH
