In this new month, make sure to look after yourself, your health.
Health is wealth.
Everything you want to do in life lies on how well and fit you are to carry out your activities.
Make sure to eat more of cooked foods, less of processed foods.
More fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices( a way to go)
More of water and less of soda
No amount of alcohol is considered safe.
Randomly check your Blood pressure and blood sugar.
Move more and less of sitting.
Be very intentional about your health.
Let your food serve as medicine.
