"You should be seen and not heard"
"You cannot be in that Career, You are a Woman"
"Nobody will listen to you , You are a Woman"

"A Woman's place is in the Kitchen"
"Use what you have to get what you want"
"You cannot be the Boss, You are a Woman"
"Women are Weak and Emotional"

Women have heard these lines and more all their lives and all through generations. Limiting Beliefs that make them feel less than they ought to be. Words created to program mediocrity in Women.

Funny enough, Some women actually BELIEVE these Limiting Narrative and actually act accordingly believing that they don't deserve more than the crumbs thrown at them.

But...Enough is Enough!

I believe that a Woman can be all she wants to be and Excel and succeed at them.

A Woman can be A Wonderful Wife, A Great Mother, An Amazing Sister, A Doting Daughter and still be A SUCCESSFUL WELL ESTABLISHED ENTREPRENEUR and yet not loose any of her Sweetness and Charm.

Yes!...That Narrative changes now! Because...
SUCCESS HAS NO GENDER!!!

Dr. Bernard Jensen in his book "Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management" claimed that over 95% of people he saw in his consultations were constipated. This may well be your case!
