Today been 1st of December, is which is celebrated globally with the aim on creating awareness about the ongoing health issue brought about by HIV/AIDS.

Also with a touch of education on the virus to people across the globe on the significance of certain measures and testing to be on place aim at curbing the the spread of the virus like the place of precautionary measures plus early testing so as to ascertain individuals health status.

As we EDMS Medicalcare -
(Excellent Gifted Mega Medicals Company Ltd) commemorate this year's event with the theme - "Take The Right Path" this goes to highlighting the significance of ensuring equal rights, dignity, and access to health care services for all irrespective of whosoever, with a key focus on tackling the stigma and discrimination faced by those living with or affected by HIV/AIDS across the globe.

HERE ARE THE TOP FIVE REASONS TO FREEZE YOUR EGGS:

* Eggs supply is limited. �Women are born with all the eggs we will ever have. We are born with about a million and by the time we go through menopause – there are almost no eggs left. Peak fertility is in our early 20s when pregnancy rates are approximately 25% each month. DIET AND STRESS
Lucy noticed that after working tirelessly for the past one month to beat deadlines at work and going through a heart break after a one year relationship with Chuks (she thought the man was serious but he wasn't) that she had back pains and frequent headaches plus the traffic every morning to work and back. She became constipated and struggled to go to toilet. She also noticed that she gained a little weight, had acnes and couldn't sleep past 2hrs everyday, that is if she doesn't get woken up by calls. She also ate poorly during the past month. At first, she had little or no appetite and later she had cravings for comforting foods that are high in sugar, fats and calories. She never cooked since was too busy or too tired to prepare meals at home and too heart broken to do any cooking. She became worried and had to see the doctor, she was diagnosed of being pre-hypertensive.

She was experiencing symptoms of stress.

Stress occurs in our everyday lives from having a heated argument to getting stuck in traffic to trying something new and exciting to trying to beat work deadlines to unemployment due to loss of jobs or no job at all to physical or mental abuse to family conflicts. Most times we experience the combination of these in succession.

When stressed, practice:
✓ healthy eating to support immune system and repair damaged cells since chronic stress leads to cell damage.

✓ exercising regularly
✓ good rest and sleep hygiene, aim for 7-9hrs of sleep.

Most times one complain of been tired or weak or even sick like having headache, and others .

As we mark this year's world menstrual hygiene day we identify with the girl child who passes through a lot of body changes stages that are essential to her growth into the womanhood.

love to say we feel your pain and the effects you do go through during such times every month which you don't have power over.

Notwithstanding, we have some tips that are essentials for women and ladies to practice at such period every month and live a healthy free life from infection or any thing such like.

So here are the tips: Choose your own method of sanitation, regularly change, regularly wash yourself, stop the usage to wash the va**na or any va**nal washing products, use right washing technique, properly discard sanitary products already used, take note of pad rash, only one method of sanitation is good at a time, ensure regular bath, Be ready at all time during those period and lot more.
