-Eating a nutritious diet during pregnancy is very important for good brain development and a healthy weight,and also reduce the risk of many birth defect.
-A balanced diet will also reduce/prevent the risk of anemia,as well as other unpleasant pregnancy symptoms such as fatigue and morning sickness.
-A well balanced pregnancy diet includes containing all classes of food,namely ,carbohydrates,protein,fat and oil,minerals,vitamins,fiber and water.
-To protect you and baby from bacterial or parasitic infection,such as listeriosis,make sure that all milk,cheese and juice are pasteurized.
-Make sure meat and hot dog are properly cooked or heated.
-Also avoid refrigerated smoked seafood and under cooked seafood and meat.
-If you or someone in your family has history of allergies ,inform your health care provider.
-Conclusion:- Eating healthy in pregnancy is very important,it is not until you spend much before you can eat well,choosing from our local food in proper portion will help achieve adequate diet.Remember the joy of every mother is give birth to healthy baby.Thanks.
