Prepare your Victuals.

"Pass through the host and command the people saying , Prepare you Victuals, for within three days you shall pass over this Jordan to go in to possess the land which the Lord your God giveth you to possess" ...Joshua 1 : 11

Preparation is not appealing in this generation , we are so quick to opt for the instant food !

No wonder we have so many terrible diseases in this generation because instant food are nothing but bacteria !

Good and nourishing food takes preparation !
