Drinking water is really the nicest thing you can do for yourself. Not only would you be minding your business, you would have great skin, amazing hair and the energy boost you need. You don’t even feel so hungry all the time too.

Tip:
To check if you are drinking enough water, get yourself a regular-sized water bottle and fill it with water. Drink the water though, not carry it home and pour away. Try to refill it at least 3 times in a day.
