From Friday, 4th July to Sunday, 6th July 2025, the beautiful grounds of Crown City Resort, Agbara, came alive with laughter, learning, and powerful moments as women from all walks of life gathered for the unforgettable WAM Global Sleepover!
This wasnโt just another retreat โ it was a safe haven for women to rest, bond, be pampered, and grow stronger together.
โจ Day 1 โ Connection & Refreshing We kicked things off in style! By noon, carpool convoys were buzzing as sisters arrived excited and ready. The warm welcome and registration set the tone โ big smiles and hugs all around.
Ladies plunged into refreshing, well-deserved pampering sessions โ facials, pedicures, and soothing massages to wash away stress.
The evening brought everyone together for a cozy dinner leading right into our powerful 1st Segment: soul-lifting praise and worship, an inspiring teaching on being โMade Whole,โ an honest Q&A, and heartfelt prayers covering family, finances, health, and KMAIโs mission. We truly P.U.S.H-ed! By lights out, the bond had already begun to deepen.
๐ง๐พโโ๏ธ Day 2 โ Learning, Laughs & Cultural Vibes Saturday dawned with a peaceful yoga session, helping us stretch into the new day. After breakfast and more pampering, it was time to pour into ourselves with a lineup of life-changing sessions:
Build Up Your Man โ real talk on loving and lifting our partners by Dr. Richard (Rich) Okonkwo.
Seed Your Dreams โ turning ideas into action by Mrs. Nneamaka Ogini.
Defeating the Pleaser Syndrome โ letting go of unhealthy people-pleasing by Mrs. Chibuzor Osigwe.
Navigating the Seasons of Your Children โ Understanding each stage by Pst. Ngozi Nlekwuwa.
Created for Victorious Living โ a call to live boldly and fearlessly by Ngozi (Ngee) Okonkwo.
A lively panel session with our speakers tied it all together, with relatable insights that left everyone inspired.
We didnโt forget to shine our light too โ by creating space for women to network and promote their dreams.
As the evening came, we danced the night away! Dressed in beautiful cultural wear, everyone brought the energy to our Party Night. The dance floor was electric โ music, laughter, and sisterhood all rolled into one.
๐ Day 3 โ Gratitude & Goodbyes Sunday morning wrapped everything up perfectly with heartfelt farewells, we checked out with hearts full, minds refreshed, and sisterhood stronger than ever.
The WAM Global Sleepover wasnโt just an event โ it was a movement of women choosing to rest, reset, and rise together.
