I have been eating this fruit from my backyard without knowing its name nor its nutritional and health benefits.

Today, I got curious and searched on Google. It is called "ROSE APPLE" 🤤

I searched a little further for its health benefit, i read that it is used to 💪🏽 tonify the brain and liver. 🤸🏽🤸🏽🤸🏽🤸🏽

Hmmmm, now this is my new found fruit love. Let me continue searching. I am certain it will be an Eureka moment.

This is the simplest advice I give to all my health buddies. If you find a NUTRITIONAL APPROACH contributes to your overall health and well-being stick to it.

There are too many schools of thought about health and nutrition, too many enough to confuse you.

Please do yourself a favor, stick to the person you trust and be willing to learn from that person.

Food and Nutrition isn't complex but you just need to settle down, learn, unlearn and keep learning.
