A follow up call to a friend and business partner earlier today had me thinking.

My call was to confirm if he had received the information he requested for via email and WhatsApp.

After the light-hearted banter, I proceeded with some thought provoking questions.

"In addition to what you're currently doing, how do you source for jobs?"

Silence!

"What clients generating system do you have in place?"

Double silence!

A story is told of a dog that sighted a rabbit.

He began to chase the rabbit.

The pursuit was so hot that other dogs in the neighborhood started to pursue the dog chasing the rabbit.

The chain of dogs grew and grew until the last dog in the trail dropped off when he couldn't understand the reason for the chase.

So did the next and the next and the next until the last one chasing the dog that saw the rabbit discontinued the pursuit.

But the dog that sighted the rabbit didn't stop.
