WHAT IS ALKALINE DIET

Diet is one of the biggest determinates factors of your health what you put on into your body every day affects everything: your biochemistry, your mood, your brain, immunity, muscle 💪, tendons, bones, nerves , kidney , liver etc.
Unfortunately, when it's comes to diet most people are unto pilot following a disease making western diet that is high in acidic foods and low in alkaline food. A lot of our diet today is high in processed foods. In summary your body envolved to work optimally when provided with the right nutrients . You are always what you eat, Are you always sick?

Every person is born with more wondrous self -healing mechanism built right into their body than you could ever find in a hospital.we behold God master piece in the act of healing.no disease is created over night.all disease start developing the moment we transgress nature's immutable laws.that is when sickness and disease comes in.
Sickness is the state of disease and it's something that is outside the natural flow of the human body. That entrance of something uncomfortable is called disease. We consciously and unconsciously allowed sickness to penetrates our body by living and eating anyhow. The two most important things one must do to rid the body of physical problems are:
1. Stop doing what caused the problem in the first place.
2. Rush the proper supplies of micro nutrients to the cells of the body so they can accomplish their job of self healing. finally

Your mental attitude , a product of your thought patterns, is major determinate of your state of health. Your brain is a transmitting and receiving station. It's transmits your thoughts to comic and affects all parts of your body 👁️👁️ if your thought patterns are generally negative, your endocrine glands will respond by secreting poisonous substances into, harming and destroying you internally.on the other hand, positive thought patterns trigger the glands to secrete health stimulating substances to build and enrich your body.
Even if you eat right, you can't fully live right by having bad or poor thoughts patterns dominating your mind.the health cycle must be completed if you must enjoy good health.we should not underrates good mental health you should try and keep

WRONG LIFESTYLES
A life lived out of harmony with the laws of nature dose great harm to the body. If you are the kind of person that says I can live,eat, drink anything and anyhow please rethink, you have just one life and it's your responsibility to take care of yourself.
Bad eating
Drinking alcoholic beverages
Processed foods
Lack of exercise
Lack of rest
Wrong breathing
And taking too much of chemical drugs
And stressful engagement are just some factors responsible for most of the know aliments and diseases.

Food are classify based on the product formed at the end of the digestion process. They are classify into two major groups
1. Acidic -genic: these are food that leaves acidic residues after digestion.
2.Alkali-genic : these are food that leaves alkali residues after digestion.
In general acid-genic foods are the major source of toxic waste in the body because our bodies already have enough acid eg uric acid, lactic acid, carboxylic acid etc produced by the body by metabolic activities carried out in the body cells.if our diet is made up acidic -genic food, our body won't be able to handle the resulting excess acid. This forms dangerous toxic deposits in the body: it is a good breeding ground for bacteria and viruses as well as hinder bio electrical energy flow and vital force.

For humans, 95 percent of some major minor aliments we suffer have their root in the clogging and poisoning of our body by sort of things we take into our body eg food, drinks, tobaccos,drugs and bad thoughts etc while 5 percent is caused by environmental factors.from this fact we can say that we're responsible for most of our health problems.we can also determine what we allow into our body and no one can forcefully feed or can they?
