- After eating or drinking, food particles and bacteria cling to your teeth, forming a sticky film called plaque.
- If left too long, plaque hardens into calculus, which can't be removed with a toothbrush.
- Poor dental health is linked to conditions like high blood pressure, heart problems, and diabetes.

2. *Select a Good Toothbrush:*
- Technique matters more than the type of toothbrush.
- Choose bristles based on gum health (soft for sensitive gums, hard for others).
- Replace your toothbrush every few months.

3. *Brushing Technique:*
