LESSONS FROM MY TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY;

I woke up thinking about my own transformation process. How I felt at that time and how hungry I was for a change. How excited I was. How scared I was as I had no idea how the process would unfold, all I wanted was to move from where I was to a whole new chapter of my life.

Today, I can share a few things I've learned from my own journey:

1️⃣Creation. God has given us the power and ability to recreate. I transformed myself from a bigger and unhealthier me to a slimmer and healthier me. We create through our thoughts, words, actions, beliefs, and habits.

2️⃣Right now, where you are in life is where your personal standards have allowed you to be. If you want better, then choose a higher standard. STEP UP. Make a Change. (Please read that again).

3️⃣ It is possible to wake up and break dysfunctional patterns in your life but you can only do this when you take responsibility for it first.

4️⃣When you change your beliefs, mindset, and habits through which you look at reality, reality starts to change for you.

🎯You are the captain of your ship. Take 100% responsibility. Create the life you want by allowing yourself to think, feel, and do things differently.
