Some general skin care tips
🌿 1. Cleanse Gently, Twice a Day
Morning: to remove oils/sweat from the night
Night: to remove makeup, dirt, pollution
Use a gentle cleanser that doesn’t strip your skin’s natural oils
For dry/sensitive skin: creamy cleansers
For oily/acne-prone skin: gel or foaming cleansers with salicylic acid or tea tree
💧 2. Moisturize Daily
Even oily skin needs moisture! Hydration keeps your skin barrier strong and your glow intact.
Look for moisturizers with hyaluronic acid, glycerin, or ceramides
For daytime, use a lightweight formula
At night, go for richer creams that lock in moisture
🌞 3. Sunscreen is Non-Negotiable (Even Indoors!)
Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily — yes, even when it’s cloudy
Protects against sunburn, dark spots, premature aging, and skin cancer
Reapply every 2–3 hours if outdoors
🍓 4. Exfoliate — But Gently
1–2 times a week, use a chemical exfoliant (like AHA or BHA) instead of harsh scrubs
Helps remove dead skin, smooth texture, and brighten dullness
Avoid over-exfoliating — it weakens your skin barrier
