Good nutrition can help support recovery. Give fruits like oranges, pawpaw, and mango; vegetables like carrots and greens; and soft foods like pap, rice, eggs, and milk. In addition, include nuts and seeds such as groundnuts, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
