Hey amazing folks! 👋✨ I wanted to share a little snippet of my business journey with you. It started with selling random products to my friends and neighbours (I had no specific item, today I will sell wrapper, tomorrow shoe, next tomorrow perfumes & cosmetics... In my mind I was an entrepreneur since I was getting some profits 😄).

Then I stumbled on network marketing which I embraced wholeheartedly... But because I didn't have the requisite skills to navigate through, I treated it like my normal buying and selling of products. In no time, everything came crashing.

As someone who has been passionate about teaching, it was a dream come true when I secured a job as a Lecturer. I felt fulfilled and thought all I needed was to concentrate on my job and get good pay... Hmmm, what I saw was a shocker 😱😱
As a young academic navigating the halls of academia, I found myself craving a bit more—more flexibility, more financial independence, and more avenues to explore my passions.

That's when I stumbled upon the world of affiliate marketing during COVID-19. 🌐💸 A side hustle that didn't just promise extra income but opened doors to a whole new way of thinking about success. It helped me leverage my expertise in the digital space The skills I got to learn through it were enormous which I used to sustain myself during the 8months ASUU strike.

Here's the scoop: Diversifying my income streams through affiliate marketing wasn't just about the money (although, let's be real, the extra cash is fantastic! 👌😄). It was about embracing the power of autonomy and creating opportunities beyond the confines of my 9-to-5. It's a buffer, a safety net, and an avenue for personal growth. It's about taking control of your financial narrative.

🌟 Affiliate marketing became my creative outlet, a space where I could share what I love and earn along the way. It's a journey filled with learning curves, but each curve brought me closer to financial freedom and a sense of empowerment.

2 years ago precisely in September 2021, I got exposed to a wonderful business model. I was so skeptical about it but, I made some background checks and was convinced to give it a shot.

I paid for an online course recommended to me. And wow 😳, that is one of the best investments I've made on myself 💃💃💃💃.

That single course taught me; how to run Facebook/IG ads, email marketing, Whatsapp marketing, copywriting, content creation, sales closing, audience building using free traffic, website/graphic design and how to monetize those skills.

The opportunity to learn all these would have passed me if, I kept doubting it when I was introduced to it. And I would have spent same money or more on things I can't account for.

Alhamdulillah for the journey so far, I can now confidently use those skills to earn legit money online (cool money oh😃).

One thing for sure is... There is legit money online, you just need to get the right training and boom 💥 you start chilling with the big boys 😃

A quote from Alvin Toffler goes *The illiterate of the future will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn and re-learn*.

But, most people stop learning immediately they get a degree. Education is beyond
having a degree, its constant learning. To grow in life, you need to unlearn alot of things, relearn some and learn new ways of doing things.

In any endeavor, you have to LEARN before you start to EARN. That's why the rich keep getting richer because, they understand this phenomenon so well.

If there's anything you need to work on this 2023 is your Willingness to invest in LEARNING... And Insha Allah, things will turn around for you.

I'm currently working on an ebook explaining some of the skills I mentioned above. I intend to share it for free with as many people as I can reach... That's just me trying to be my brother's keeper 😃. I want you to have a feel of what they entail, I'm sure you would get 1 or 2 that may interest you.

In my last post, I promised to share the 10 ways to attract what you really want in Your life which I learnt from a valuable report. So here we go, let's start with the No. 1 on the list👇👇

*1. BE CLEAR OF WHAT YOU WANT*

If you were to ask the average person in the street what they really wanted in their life they would probably not be able to tell you. Most people are drifting around aimlessly complaining about the things that they don’t have and how bad their life is. This sends the completely wrong signals to the Universe.

When you live a life of uncertainty and negativity the Universe will keep providing you with this. So if you are in this position you need to change right now. The reason that most people are not clear about what they want is because it takes effort to concentrate on this. It is a lot easier to lazy around on the couch watching meaningless TV.

So you need to take some quiet time where you can look at all aspects of your life to determine what you want. Your health is an important area as are your finances and your relationships. So spend some time thinking about all of these things and write down what comes to mind.

Let’s take finances as an example. How much money do you want to make in the next 12 months?

Don’t limit yourself here. Write down the exact amount and then reflect on this and imagine that you already have this money 🤔. How does that make you feel? 🤷🏾‍♀️ If you feel excited about this then keep this as a goal.

Keep thinking about different areas of your life and write down what you want and how you feel about it. After this look at the list you have created and decide which ones are the most important to you. It is important that you do not try to achieve too many goals at once.
What is really important here is “why” you want these things.

Money is just bits of paper with numbers on them. What will having this money really mean to you? Will you use it to help others as well as yourself?

Once you have one or two goals that you really want to achieve then write them down in a journal or somewhere else where you will see them almost everyday. Include the reasons for wanting to achieve the goals. Check them for realism and ensure that you always add a time (e.g. in 12 months from today)

Do you have everything that you want in your life? We are not just talking about money and wealth here. Do you have your ideal partner? Is your health as good as you want it to be? Do you have the skills that you need to live your life to the fullest?

If you ask most people they will tell you that they do not have everything that they want. Ask them what they are doing about it and they will give you a blank look. This is because they are not doing anything about it. All of their hopes and dreams quickly fade and they return to “normal” life.

You have probably heard of the Law of Attraction before but you may not fully understand it. It works on the principle of “like attracting like”. Everything in the world vibrates including us. You do not see these vibrations because they would drive you crazy. Everything communicates with the Universe through these vibrations.

For human beings the vibrations come from their thoughts and actions. You need to send the right vibrations to the Universe to get what you want. Most people do not do this and send the wrong vibrations. They focus on lack and what they haven’t got. They are negative a lot so the Universe gives them more lack and more negative things.

Some people think that the Law of Attraction is some kind of magic spell. All you need to do is believe that it works and then hope your life will change for the better. But it doesn’t work like this. You need to be clear on what you want and then take the appropriate action to get it.

This sends the right vibrations to the Universe so that the Law of Attraction will work for you.
People that use the Law of Attraction to get what they want are in control of their lives. They don’t wait around to see what life will throw at them. Instead they know what they want and they take action to master their own destinies. Sitting back and waiting and hoping will get you nowhere.

So I will be sharing with you what I learnt from a valuable report the 10 ways that you can use the Law of Attraction to get anything that you truly desire. The most important thing is to believe that the Law of Attraction works and that you will manifest what you want.
