Latas Wata Ganye ce da ake yawan amfani da ita a matsayin kayan miya ko a cikin salad. Ba wai dadi kawai take da shi ba,
tana ɗauke da gagarumin amfani ga lafiyar mu:

1. Ƙarfafa gani: Latas tana da sinadarai masu kare ido, musamman Vitamin A, wanda ke taimakawa wajen kyakkyawan gani.
2. Taimako ga hanta da jini: Yawan sinadarin iron da folate da ke cikin latas na taimaka wa jini ya gudana yadda ya kamata, kuma yana taimaka wajen hana cutar anemia.
3. Sauƙaƙa narkewar abinci: Saboda yawan fiber da ke cikinta, tana taimaka wa hanji wajen narkewa da hana matsalolin kumburin ciki da basir.
5. Kula da nauyi: Latas tana da ƙarancin calories, don haka tana taimakawa masu son rage kiba.
6. Karfafa garkuwar jiki: Latas tana dauke da Vitamin C da sauran antioxidants da ke taimaka wa jiki wajen yakar cututtuka.
7. Kwantar da hankali: An san latas tana da wasu sinadarai masu sa nutsuwa da kwantar da damuwa.

Don haka, yin amfani da latas a abinci yau da kullum ba wai kawai ado bane, babban kariya ne ga lafiyar mu.

YAU JUMA’A - 22nd August,2025

Ranar Juma'a nada tauraron Zahara (Venus) kuma sa'idin rana ce, tana da tasiri mai ƙarfi a fannin al-ḥubb (love) da soyayya. Wannan rana tana da ƙarfin ruhaniya (قُوَّة رُوحَانِيَّة) da ke taimakawa wajen haɓaka dangantaka tsakanin ma’aurata.

Za'a samu nasara sosai idan akayi ayyukan mallaka (ملْك) da nufin ƙarfafa soyayya da aminci tsakanin ma’aurata a wannan rana. Tauraron yana taimakawa wajen tabbatar da haɗin kai da jin daɗin zaman aure.

Haka kuma, Jumu’a rana ce mai dacewa don kulla sabbin soyayya (عَلاقَات حُبّ) ko mayar da tsohon aure zuwa sabuwar fahimta da haɗin kai. Wannan tasiri yana taimaka wajen warware matsaloli da rashin jituwar ma’aurata.

Bugu da ƙari, duk wanda s**a rabu da matar sa a irin wannan rana ake zuwa biko (اِسْتِخْدام السِّحْر) na al’ada ko na ruhaniya (Asirin kiranyen ta dawo ko bata so) suna iya samun tasiri a wannan rana, musamman idan ana yin su don kyautata rayuwar aure da soyayya cikin halal da nagarta, Sannan kuma dukkan aikin da za'ayi sai an haɗa sa da sadaqa mai ƙarfi,shine tasirin sa zai inganta.
