SWING, SWEAT, SURRENDER
Today at 4 PM we "Swing, Sweat, Surrender" ~ an energizing yet grounding experience designed to help you release tension, move with intention, and fully unwind.
What to Expect:
Qi Gong Activation & Kali Sticks: Juan Pablo (JP) will lead a powerful practice to open the body, settle the mind, and awaken internal power. Use Kali Sticks to train speed, coordination, and build confidence.
Sound Bowl Zen Session: End with a deeply relaxing Tibetan Sound Bowl immersion with Cathy Ho to wash away stress and invite complete restoration.
This experience will build energy, shake out stress, and calm your nervous system, leaving you feeling restored and taken care of.
