Yes! Yes! You’re invited to the book launch of "Reclaimed Spaces" / "Teruggewonnen Ruimte"! Join me on my personal journey that stretches back to the roots of a tumultuous childhood in Liberia, West Africa, and as if that wasn't enough, the endless civil war that raged on and felt never-ending until migrating to the Netherlands and enjoying simple morning rituals like yoga-meditation and journalizing while at the same time becoming a social worker(MSW) and than, on a peaceful January morning, when an inspired act of rearranging my bedroom became steps of metaphor for inner change. Those steps created the books entitled, "Reclaimed Spaces" / "Teruggewonnen Ruimte"! Come and hear inspirational stories of how reshaping our physical spaces can help declutter our mental and emotional landscapes.
