The Women's Circle is where hormonal cycles, stress, and the body come together. Where we don't minimize what's happening, and we don't push through it either. We regulate it. We breathe through it. We move with it.

In 45 minutes, you'll practice:
→ Nervous system regulation
→ Breath work designed for your cycle
→ Gentle movement that actually lands in your body
→ Meditation in a group that feels like home

And you'll leave with real tools. Ones you can use on a hard Tuesday at 3pm when your brain is spinning and your body feels like it's not yours anymore.

The secret? Feel the stretch in your neck. Inhale slow. Exhale even slower. That longer exhale is what tells your nervous system it’s safe to calm down. 🧠

Pick your medicine 💊 before reading 🌿 Instead of trying to change everything at once, choose one small reset for your brain and body this month.

a) Take a 10 minute walk without your phone just notice your breath and your surroundings.

b) Change your environment for one hour work from a café, a park, or a different room.

c) Send a voice note to someone you trust connection helps regulate the nervous system.

d) Do a 20 minute slow movement session stretching, yoga, or a gentle walk.

e) Write down 3 things your body needs today, then give yourself one of them.

f) Try the physiological sight two short inhales, one long exhale, repeat 5 times

Sometimes burnout doesn’t need a big solution.
Sometimes the nervous system just needs a small signal of safety.
