This April, we're creating space for that with you, and with other women who get it.
The Women's Circle is where hormonal cycles, stress, and the body come together. Where we don't minimize what's happening, and we don't push through it either. We regulate it. We breathe through it. We move with it.
In 45 minutes, you'll practice:
→ Nervous system regulation
→ Breath work designed for your cycle
→ Gentle movement that actually lands in your body
→ Meditation in a group that feels like home
And you'll leave with real tools. Ones you can use on a hard Tuesday at 3pm when your brain is spinning and your body feels like it's not yours anymore.
