โœ… 1 cup mango chunks
โœ… 1 cup pineapple chunks
โœ… 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
โœ… 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
โœ… 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
โœ… Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

Grab your resistance band and your partner! Let's get those gains! ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ

1๏ธโƒฃ Squats: Keep the band under your feet for added resistance. Aim for 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
2๏ธโƒฃ Lunges: Step forward into a lunge while holding the band for extra resistance. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps on each leg.
3๏ธโƒฃ Leg Press: Anchor the band behind you and push your legs forward. Aim for 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
4๏ธโƒฃ Leg Curls: Lie on your stomach, anchor the band behind you, and curl your legs towards your glutes. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
5๏ธโƒฃ Side Steps: Place the band around your ankles and step sideways. Do 3 sets of 15-20 steps in each direction.
6๏ธโƒฃ Calf Raises: Stand on the band with your toes, then raise your heels off the ground. Aim for 3 sets of 15-20 reps.
