Nieuwe Maan in Stier ~

Aangezien het filmen cat-astrofaal is verlopen, hieronder hoe het nou eigenlijk echt in z'n werk gaat.

Nieuwe Maan is een donkere Maan.
Een mooi moment om dieper naar binnen te gaan. Het is het begin van een nieuwe maancyclus en daardoor perfect voor het zetten van doelen.

Het teken Stier nodigt uit om te aarden en stabiliteit te vinden.
De bijbehorende planeet is Venus en perfect voor thema's als Sensualiteit en Liefde.

Wij houden ervan om het volgende Maan Ritueel te doen:
(Zorg ervoor dat pluizige huisdieren je niet storen)

- Zet een wierrookje aan of brand wat salie

- Mediteer
Dit mag een paar minuten, of lekker lang. Waar jij je goed bij voelt. Wij gebruiken dit moment om thuis te komen bij onszelf en na te gaan waar we behoefte aan hebben. Tijdens het mediteren kun je kristallen vasthouden. Dit keer gebruiken wij Rozekwarts, voor de liefde.

- Journaling
Wat voel ik? Waar heb ik behoefte aan? Waar ga ik me de komende maand op focussen?

- Tarot Spread

Kies je favoriete deck en trek een paar kaarten. Kies er zoveel als goed voelt. Hou er je boekje met beschrijvingen naast, als je er nieuw mee bent. Op deze manier kom je wellicht tot nieuwe inzichten.

- Schrijf je doelen op voor de aankomende maand.
Doe dit op een stukje papier.
Leg dit op een plekje, hetzij een altaar, in je huis waar je vaak naar kunt kijken.

- Steek een kaarsje aan en visualiseer jezelf dat je jouw doelen hebt bereikt.

Blaas je kaars uit wanneer het gevoel sterk genoeg is. Je kunt deze gedurende de maand opnieuw aansteken om er "nieuw leven in te blazen" en je te helpen focussen op je doelen.

Er is geen goed of fout. Het gaat er om dat je tijd neemt voor jezelf en leert naar jezelf en je behoeftes te luisteren.

Wie is je ware ik?

Zo vaak als je mensen vraagt zichzelf voor te stellen beginnen ze te vertellen wat voor werk ze doen, waar ze wonen en hoeveel kinderen ze hebben. Schijnbaar ontlenen wij vaak onze identiteit aan externe factoren. We zeggen zelfs ‘ik ben accountant’ in plaats van ‘ik werk als accountant’. Let maar eens op.

Maar wie ben je als je al deze dingen weg laat? Wie ben je echt? In de kern?

En de belangrijkste vraag is; hoe kom je hierachter?

Begin eens door stil te zitten, je ogen te sluiten en jezelf de vraag te stellen; wie ben ik? Laat authentieke antwoorden tot je komen. Open na een paar minuten je ogen en schrijf de antwoorden op.

Teken nu drie cirkels op een papier in elkaar van klein naar groot. Schrijf in de buitenste cirkel alle antwoorden die externe factoren zijn zoals; je werk, je huis, je auto bijvoorbeeld.
In de tweede cirkel schrijf je alle feiten; moeder, vrouw, 33 jaar enzovoort.
In de derde cirkel schrijf je de kern; liefdevol, actief, spiritueel (Charlotte begint zichzelf te beschrijven 😂).

De volgende keer als iemand je vraagt je voor te stellen zeg eens ‘Ik ben Vera en ik ben perfectionistisch, gek op mijn naasten en een tikkeltje vreemd.’ Eens zien wat de reacties zijn ♥️✨

En op welke dag kan dat beter dan Koningsdag 🇳🇱

Thania en Charlotte hebben besloten dat House of Inner Health voortaan in hun moerstaal naar buiten treedt. We zijn immers gevestigd in het prachtige Amsterdam en daar zijn we trots op.

We zullen nog wel workshops en masterclasses (ook) in het Engels geven voor onze buitenlandse leden, maar onze insta wordt Nederlands.

Becoming strong in your vulnerability

Ever felt vulnerable and with that the feeling came to you that you were weak?

Maybe you told someone that you loved them and they didn’t reciprocate?

It’s not a strange thing that vulnerability is seen as weak by many of us because that’s how we are programmed. Ever seen Discovery Channel? The gazelle out in the open while a lioness is crawling through the tall grass getting closer and closer? Yeah, we all know the feeling.

So how do we find strength in our vulnerability?

First of all, rebel against the idea that it is linked to weakness. See it as an opportunity to be truthful towards yourself and others. See it as a courageous thing because so many of us are s**t scared of it.

Then, when you trained your mind that vulnerability is strength, start with small things. Admitting for example that you don’t have the answer to everything.
Say; ‘I don’t know’ when you truly don’t know.

Very hard some people already right?

Maybe after a while take it a step further. Tell a friend something you have been ashamed off for a long time. Changes are that when the word is out, you will learn that your friend has the same sort of feelings and that you are not alone.

And beautiful soul, tell that person you love them, even if you don’t know if they are going to say it back. Tell them you want them, that they mean the world to you. Maybe you lose. But baby, what if you win? Be vulnerable. Be brave ♥️

Pouring my heart out on paper

Do you often feel overwhelmed by our own thoughts?

It’s like the mind never stops racing, jumping from one thought to the next like a monkey jumping from branch to branch in a tree 🐒
Not just the jumping feels accurate but also the constant loud chattering. And what’s up with the inappropriate songs?! (Lady’s and gentleman, this is mambo nr 5)

Now, we can say; just sit and meditate to calm your monkey mind. But for a lot of people this is just not doable. They have kids running around (the little monkeys), no time to waste by just sitting and doing nothing, or the monkey simply doesn’t like you to sit still and will pester you more for even trying.

So what can you do?

Write

Write down every thought that comes up. Try not to stop, just pour it down on paper. Write for at least five minutes. Don’t judge your own writing style. Just go with your own flow. It’s not for someone else to read. This is just for you.

Practice makes writing easier so don’t give up. Write for five minutes every day and see where it takes you.

Hugs for life

Did you know that we human beings need physical touch in order to survive?

In the 40’s there was a very dark research where they tested if baby’s that didn’t got affection like cuddles and people talking to them and only the basic needs like changing the diaper and feeding, would survive. As you may have guessed, they didn’t.

People need more then just food, shelter and clean clothes. We need to feel the touch of a human or pet on a weekly basis. If we go for months without any physical touch (even a short hug can do so much good), there can be serious mental consequences.

Now with COVID, many people go without physical touch for too long.

This picture is not to turn you on. This picture is not to make you hard. I do not ask for you to send me dick pics.

This picture is for me. So why am a sharing it? Because it is my right. Because I want to raise awareness around the taboo of female sensuality and s*xuality.

I had a conversation not long ago with a guy. He stated that I should not be surprised that if I post this picture, I will get the responses of men as stated above.

Unfortunately I am not surprised. Which makes the problem so deep and rooted in our beings that it’s hard to realize we actually should be surprised. We should be angry that we as women cannot be ourself, with naked shoulders, feeling sensual, without being harassed.

Let me make something clear.
I choose what I share of myself at any time at any platform. I can choose to show completely different pictures on my dating profile then on my business profile. Because there is always a time and place for these things and images are powerful.

If I show myself like this on my dating profile I do understand it can send some sort of message. A dating profile is a platform where we are looking for love and/or s*x. I will most likely attract men I don’t want to attract at all. But still, women who do share pictures like this on their dating profile doesn’t justify men thinking they have a right to be s*xually invasive. Unless the woman clearly say’s; ‘send me pictures of your cock’, just don’t do it.

Also, this is not my dating profile. This is our business where we empower women to find their sensuality in spirituality. Where we invite and inform women that it is in their right to choose how and what they show of themselves. Let this be an inspiration for those we speak to.

Let’s educate our men and boy’s at the same time. Because it’s a two way street baby. Let’s all meet in the middle with respect and love.

‘Only monks can meditate’

Yep, that’s the mainstream thought. Only monks, sitting on a mountain staring at the sunset can really meditate. All we can is a sad attempt.

But let us tell you that mediation can be in all things that you do.

When you walk, can you feel your feet moving? When you wash the dishes, can you really focus on cleaning the bowl? When you sit and stare at a sunset, can you see all the colors? Can you hear the birds chirping?

Meditation is about becoming aware of the present moment. It’s not about having no thoughts at all. Even that monk on that mountain will laugh his orange robes off at that presumption.

So today, take 5 minutes to do something mindful. Try to fully focus on what it is you are doing. And that’s all folks (hearing the looney tunes right? Your welcome).
