Vandaag was ik met de leuke op een bijzondere locatie om stoelmassages te geven aan een bijzondere groep mensen. We waren namelijk in Tivoli Vredenburg voor het team van muziekfestival , dat morgen van start gaat! Als oud collega draag ik hun een warm hart - en een ontspannen lijf - toe. Hope it worked.

Een glimps van mijn mystieke massagesalon in de bergen van Toscane bij , waar ik holistische massages gaf tijdens het Art of Love retreat van van .love.work en .josephina. In dit huisje was ik te gast bij een eekhoorn en waarschijnlijk wat andere niet-menselijke entiteiten, wat zorgde voor een cozy beschermbubbel van ontspanning. One for in the books!

CALL: Moved by Touch is looking for our own studio in Amsterdam!
Preferably a community based working space.

We have been called to find our own basecamp where we can offer more of what we love: giving holistic massages with a twist. Think immersive experiences combining touch with musical guidance and aroma oil, customized duo massages, deep tissue release combined with energetic (self-)healing, and playful coaching and bodywork offers.

Inspired and tired after an amazing end of summer weekend in the dunes at festival, where we really got to bring our massage sessions to the next level in this wellness dome, and where goosebumps, tears, laughs, and a whole lotta outbreaths were shared.

Many thanks to Surfana and especially badass producer Lee for having us; new ánd returning clients for your trust; all the visitors and crew and especially the team for the after work fun time ;)

Mahalo! In less than two weeks me and will be giving holy holistic massages again at the wonderful Surfana festival at in Bloemendaal! It will be their 10 year anniversary festival with lots of different sounds, touch, tastes, waves and good stuff. It will be a chill afternoon to get 'uit je hoofd in je lichaam' 😉 before the start of the weekend. Tunes will be played by a.k.a. Le' Dj' Mette - think ambient, jazzy, down beat...

Aankomende donderdag geeft Moved by Touch i.s.m. House of Sunyata holistische massages en healing, waarvan de volledige oprengst zal gaan naar , een organisatie die zich inzet voor accute zorg, gezondheid en waardigheid van Palestijnen. We erkennen hierbij dat een onmiddelijk staakt-het-vuren het meest urgent is in deze crisis, zodat de zorg überhaupt geleverd kan worden.

De sessies duren een uur en daartegenover vragen we een donatie van minimaal 50 euro. 100% daarvan wordt gedoneerd. We bieden een gratis sessie aan voor een Palestijns, Arabisch en/of activistisch persoon. De sessies vinden plaats bij ons thuis in privacy in Amsterdam centrum.

Upcoming Thursday, Moved by Touch will team up with House of Sunyata and provide holistic massage and healing sessions, of which the full proceeds will go to , an organzation that strives for care, healh and dingnity of Palestinians. Hereby, we acknowledge thst an immediaye ceasefire is most urgent at the moment, for the aid to even reach the people.

Sessions will take one hr and we herefore ask a min 50 euros donation, of which the full amount will be donated. We are offering a free spot to a Palestinian, Arabic and/or activist person. Sessions will take place in the privacy of our homes in Amsterdam city center.

Wist je dat je ook jezelf kan masseren? En dat je vaak professional nodig hebt om te weten wat er in je lichaam speelt? Doe het lekker zelf!

Op 17 en 24 november van 17.00-19.00 geef ik twee keer een DIY massage workshop. Hierin gaan we op speelse wijze aan de slag met technieken voor zelfmassage en ontspanningsoefeningen. Je gaat naar huis met praktische tips en oefeningen. Ze zijn gratis toegankelijk! Als je mee wilt doen, stuur me een bericht.

Did you know you can also massage yourself? And that often you don’t need a professional to know what’s going on in your body? Do it yourself!

On November 17 and 24 from 5pm-7pm, I will give two DIY massage workshops. Here, we will playfully explore several self massage techniques and relaxation exercises. You will go home with practical tips and exercises. They are free of charge! If you want to join, send me a message.

These workshops are part of the Maand van de Vitaliteit at Huis van de Wijk de Banne in Amsterdam noord, in collaboration with DOCK and Clubhuis noord. Thanks for having me!
