Staccato: Rhythm of the heart!
For me that’s always a good thing to remember.
Staccato has its most profound quality when its rooted in flow, where it can be connected to the heart, to love, to generosity and compassion.
This 2 upcoming weeks I'll let the classes be inspired by the rhythm of staccato.
Staccato is the rhythms where the beat and the heat comes in.
Where passion comes in, in many different ways. What if we let that passion and heat be rooted in our flow.
If I say Staccato, I get an instant feeling of life energy exploding in me. For me, staccato has always been a rhythm I enjoyed.
Flowing is the rhythms of softening and melting into who, what and how I am. Delightful and nourishing in so many ways. Staccato shoots, at the same time, straight to my heart and opens it.
Staccato invites me to rise up, to expand, to expose, to explode from inside out. There is a joy that comes with that energy. It’s the rush of life energy that wakes me up and that brings me forward. It’s not necessary the joy of “joyful” emotions, but much more the joy of being alive. The joy of feeling connected to me and others.
In that rush I can feel the need to ground myself, to be able to move the life-force, that wakes me up. I can feel myself expanding in both directions. Downwards to connect to the ground. Punching my feet on and in the ground. And up and around with energy that wants expression and moves through me. The deeper I ground, the bigger the staccato that I can hold.
I feel and understand that staccato is the rhythm of the heart. I can feel the energy igniting in my hips, it moves up from there to the heart and out. Here, all the flavors of the heart can become sensible, visible, accessible.
I enjoy exploring that landscape with others, as I take it as a celebration of being alive together.
This and next weeks upcoming classes are inspired by the rhythm of Staccato.
