My clients do not need to hunt for meals to have when there are so many healthy recipes available on my app. All recipes come with macros, ingredients and instructions. Yes, all live streamed workouts are recorded and added to a private files area for clients to access at any time. I expect clients to actively letting me know when workouts have been completed if they cannot attend sessions when they are live streamed online.

There is never an excuse to not exercise when you have quality recordings at your fingertips!

Summers coming!!! You can't hide under jumpers for much longer, so you want to lose weight.

What should you do?

🚫 Kill yourself off by starting to run - NO!

🚫 Leave carbs at the door and cut them out - NO!

🚫 Guesstimate what you are eating - for the love of God NO!

Here's where you start:

✅️ Work out your calorie deficit number and track food against that. Estimating that spoonful of peanut butter and that drizzle of olive oil is a big fat NO!

✅️ Move lots - you will be surprised at how much moving your body by going for walks will help with your weight loss. There's a reason a number of steps are suggested each day! If you dont move much, then you need to eat less!

✅️ Lift weights 2 / 3 times a week. By the way, you can do this on my live workouts each week!

Weightloss is not rocket science, but it is personal, and one fit doesn't always suit all.
