I love September.
It is the month that always reminds me that things are changing constantly. Nothing lasts forever.
It is also my birth-month, and I get excited to reflect and manifest for next year. And of course, I took my moxa with me into the woods 🥰
And some other good news… let me surprise you!

Summer is ending and we can feel it all around us.
This is a transition stage, also for us and our bodies. It is confusing, weather-wise but also body-wise (and if you really notice, also soul-wise 😊)
I use the extra-ordinary meridians to give a more holistic push towards balance, the Japanese call it Ki Kei.
I like to see it as clearing the clouds, so that the moonlight shines and I can see the way, even if it's dark outside.

When I hear that the breath of the person gets into a rhythm of sleep/daydreaming...
When I see a face with a different color and shiny eyes...
When I hear gurgling sounds from the abdomen...
When I feel the change in the pulse...
When the energy shifts in the room...

These are the moments I am grateful for.
