This is a meditation technique developed by Vianna Stibal, in which the practitioner utilizes the theta brain wave to heal on all levels of being – spiritual, physical, mental, emotional and genetic – with the client’s step-by-step participation and permission. It is a powerful belief work technique that uncovers and removes limiting subconscious beliefs that hold us back from reaching our fullest potential and most optimal health. Healing is achieved through a simple, yet incredibly effective, combination of conversation, meditation and muscle testing.
