I’m still integrating everything that surfaced for me from last week’s profound Rebalancing training. The focus was on “Breath & Vitality”, where I encountered also its contrasts - moments of stagnation, suppression, and even feelings of loneliness. This personal journey provided deep insights into my practice, highlighting areas that require attention and balance. Self-discovery like this is essential; it allows me to sharpen my sensitivity in distinguishing unresolved issues within myself before effectively supporting my clients in theirs.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for the SUN & MOON - 4 HANDS CONSCIOUS TOUCH EXPERIENCE during yesterday's Full Moon. It was a magical synergy between my friend and colleague Kristal Divya Montana and me. We felt lucky to have such beautiful beings on our table. I even get emotional when I think about the awesome, loyal and open clientele I already got blessed with, given the relatively short existence of my studio.
