6 & 7 juni 2025 Shiatsu in Times of Crisis and the Concept of H.O.P.E.

Co organised with Cordula Quadt who will be your host on June 7th

On the 7th I will be providing for lots of coffee, tea and many tosti’s for the non stop running 🏃‍♂️ 550 kms
- route South: Paris -> Rotterdam or
- Route North: Twente -> Rotterdam for Stichting Roparun

=> proceeds go to cancer ♋️ projects in for instance hospices & research 🔬
=> You can sponsor me per kms or donate for the entire race.
=> Finish is in Rotterdam Blaak (very moving and exhilarating moment / everyonenis totally exhausted, but we do for people who don’t have many days to add to their life, so we add life to their day 🎉🏃‍♂️🪩❤️‍🔥

I am so looking forward to 6&7 June

Mike Mandl will be teaching on his concept of Shiatsu in times of Crisis 💆🏼‍♀️🙇🏼‍♀️🎉 and his strategy of H.OP.E.

I am incredibly fond of Mike - he ‘s an increbly gifted teacher in that he can explain life’s most difficult situations- when it falls apart because you or a loved one falls seriously I’ll, you get fired, you are lost as to what to do in life,

Next to Shiatsu patterns (5 element style or 3 families) - there will be TCM points that you need to take into account in times of treating. Or learning to hold the space and be a grounded presence or an anchor (strong hara practice!) for someone to fall apart when times are really rough ~ there hopefully is also kung fu and I Tsjing book of changes if we ask him nicely (^.^)

Coffee, tea and snacks are freely provided - lunch is available in one of the many cafés in the neighbourhood
