When life feels intense or overwhelming, many of us disconnect โ€” from the body, from emotions, from our inner center.

Reconnecting mind and body is not a concept, but a practice. One that helps us feel safer inside, more open, and better able to process emotions as they arise.

In the coming weeks, weโ€™ll explore this process through three embodied steps:
Ground the body in February, Express, release and regulate anger in March, and Relax into meditation in March/April.

Of course, you do! You're human!...So how do we do this in "Understanding & Expessing Anger"?

In the morning, we will explore the topic from different angles, using guided meditation and inquiry.

In the afternoon we have ๐š ๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ž ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง through sound, movement, and physical expression โ€” screaming, punching, letting stored tension discharge.
This is an individual experience, but done at the same time with others - it opens up a powerful field of healing and support. (*Many people have noticed this already during shaking in one of our workshops) Together, we create a safe space and your presence is enough.
We will also walk through options for anger regulation.
